Use Cable Tray to Cover the Exposed Wires

Cable Tray supports the cables and provides numerous advantages to users and designers. It is the reliable, secure and cost-effective route for both power and data communications. There are different types of tools used for installing these cables like measuring tape, metal cutting saw, diamond point or cutting saw carbide, retouching equipment, dust mask, leveling device, ratchet wrench, C-clamp, torque wrench and many more.

In any electrical installation, it is imperative to choose the correct type of cable tray to support, manage and protect wire and cable lines. Cable tray manufacturers provide different types of trays for all the customers like:

Ladder Cable tray: It consists of two longitudinal side members joined by every transverse member, and is used as a control cable or power cable support system. It provides firm shield and side rail power system with an even radius fittings.

Chinese TV channel: It includes aerated or solid bottom channel section and carries frequency with small to medium support spans in the range of 5 to 10 feet.

Cable Trough tray: It has solid bottom ventilation and is available in both metallic and non-metallic materials. It is usually used with the cables, remote control and devices in temperate heat generating applications with short to medium support extending up to 12 feet.

Wire Mesh Cable Tray: It provides a field compliant support system for low voltage, fiber optic and telecommunication cables. It is installed on short support spans ranging up to 8 feet.

Single Rail Cable Tray: This aluminum system is the fastest system to install which is mostly used for low voltage and power cables installations.
